4. QC aspect: We have professional QC team to follow every production processs, take videos and pics accordingly, and we will keep you updated. So you can oversee the whole process as well.
5. Shipping: Use your appointed forwarder or our trust-worthy forwarder to ship your goods in schedule.
6. After-sales: If there is any product below quality grade, we will prepare replacements or refund at first time.
Packaging:
1.Regular package. All goods will be securely packed to assure safe.
2.Pls advise or send pics of your standard export packaging.
Anyway we will proceed as you suggest.

1. Q: Can you accept customized designs?
A: Sure. We accept both OEM/ODM designs. We can make products according to your designs, we also have artists here who can offer artworks according to your design idea.
2. Q: May I have a sample for quality reference idea?
A: Of course. We can send you some of our existing samples for your reference idea and free cost. But you need to pay for the sample freight from our factory to your door.
3. Q:What is the payment term?
A: 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment before shipping.
4. Q:How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.
5. Q:How much the transportation freight will be?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
