Production Line

We have two apparel factories, one 3,200 square meter facility with 118 workers that has been running for many years and in early 2021 Allwell opened a large new 16,700 square meter factory that employs 130 workers. We can produce almost any type of apparel including T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Jerseys, Blouses, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, Track Suits, Jogger Sets, Leggings, Coats, Trench Coat, Leather Jackets, Varsity Jackets , Blazers, Vests, Bomber Jackets, Denim Dresses, Jeans, Casual Pants, Robes, and sports apparel. With a strong R&D team of 15 people, we can offer samples very quickly and mass order delivery much faster than most factories in China.

We have over 350 state-of-the-art production machines from top brands such as Brother, Juki, and Yamato to perform sewing, quilting, printing, embroidery, etc. We are capable of producing almost any type of apparel item.

We have two designers in our China office, and 1 designer in the USA. All are very experienced in creating various types of customized apparel items, such as sweaters, blouses, hats, socks, scarfs, etc.

We have a dedicated R&D team of 15 people, 3 of which are pattern masters, that focus on sample developing. We are able to turn around customized apparel samples very quickly.
